The Meydenbauer Center is bracing for the onslaught of thousands of gamers as PAX ‘06 kicks off this Friday in Bellevue, WA. I will be in attendance, as well as working the event, so the updates to the site may be a bit behind but I’ll do my best to keep the news coming as well as some special stuff from the floor of PAX.

If you are going to be at the event be sure to stop by the America’s Army booth (the one I’m working at) and of course the MS booth which I hear may have a special surprise (Halo 2 showed up in 2004 2 months before it’s retail release) for those in attendance. Of the big three the only company not sponsoring the event is Sony and you never know what Nintendo will show up with (a Wii showing maybe??)

Be sure to keep checking back as I will be posting tons of pictures from the event including the setup of the exhibition room that doesn’t open to the public until Saturday but I will be working in all-day Friday.
