The rolling updates have already started for GoW, so start checking now to see if you can play Annex. I have not yet been prompted for the update, while some friends have (and proved it by inviting me into a room, before getting a DLC error)

    go to the main menu, sign out of your profile and log into a different one. I restarted my xbox like 20 times before i tried that and it worked instantly.
