Microsoft just sent out a press release stating that the Spring Dashboard Update will become available at 0200 Pacific time. It may take a little longer depending on where you are but shouldn’t be too long after that. If you do not get prompted for the auto-update for whatever reason go to the systems blade and test your connection which should prompt it to begin the update.
