The new trailer for ‘Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock‘ shows quite a bit about what we can expect when we grab our Fender Les Paul and prepare to battle.  We see a little bit about the Battle Mode as one player presses the button repeatedly to repair a broken string, quite a few song titles we will be able to play, and Slash who will apparently be a boss battle to either clear a set or venue.  The boss battles should add quite a bit to the single player portion of a multiplayer heavy title.

This should title should really hold up well against the ‘Rock Band’ competition as it will feature online multiplayer which was in high demand for ‘Guitar Hero 2.’
