Ever since the official confirmation of Gears of War PC coming, players were questioning if the game would be using the same set of achievements that the 360 version had, or if the game would get a new set. Well, it has officially been confirmed today that Gears of War PC will get a seperate, brand new set of achievements, which will allow both 360 and PC owners to earn a combined total of 2250 GamerPoints!

Will this help your decision at all when forced with the decision to buy the newer version, or will you be sticking with the Xbox 360 version?

The game will also be working on both Microsoft XP and Vista platforms (as opposed to just Vista) which many people assumed.
