John 117.The halo books have been great. My favorite was the flood because it really went in to the conflict between the marines and the flood. And i love (spoilers)how jenkins is still a character after hes infected with the flood

My favorite book is Ghosts of Onyx.The reason Ghosts of Onyx is my favorite book is because it allows you to understand the process of the Sentinels. These "Sentinels" in the book are much different from the ones in the halo games. The ones in the book have 3 booms surrounding a central sphere with an eye that glows a fiery red.(SPOILERS) If you've ever read the book you would know it was a tough conquest for Kurt and some of the Blue Team members to fight to gain superior Forerunner technology that may change the Human & Covenant skirmish for good.(SPOILER) The oe favorite part of this book for me is when Will (A Spartan) does a challenging act of going hand to hand with two Hunters. As the book states in one chapter, the hunters have been seen ripping soldiers in half when in a blood rage. Will died, but gained enough time to have everyone get in the rift to gain technology.The fight Will commenced had paused elites watching the battle for they had never seen one lone soldier fight two nearly unstoppable heavy warriors before.That is why Ghosts of Onyx is my favoirite book.
