Heroes Over Europe announced.

While speaking with gamespot Mike Fagan, CEO of Transmission Games announced that the sequel to Heroes of the Pacific was indeed in development, and slated for a fall 2008 release. Set in Europe during World War II, you play as part of an Allied air group in various historic air battles of the war. The game will supposedly feature its own, new innovative engine. It has been reportedly in development for over a year, and has finally reached its ‘critical mass’ point where its ready for an on track release and has therefore finally been officially announced. I never get tired of the WWII genre, although I do concede it is indeed becoming over used. However the concept of a flight based game on the subject intrigues me and I’ll have to keep my eye on this one.
