What a slow Friday, no news, nothing really, so to make up for any shortage of posts, lets have a 2nd contest this week! EA owed me a few games for a Rock Band contest that only saw the light of day for… well a day. They sent me a few 360 games and… Burnout 3 for the original Xbox? I wondered to myself, why would they send a regular Xbox game for a Xbox 360 site? Turns out they were giving me a heads up [I got the game 2 weeks ago], since its going to be the newest Xbox Original game this Monday. But who wants to spend $15.00 on a game with no achievements or new content? Well, we don’t want you to, we would rather you win a free copy!

So, thanks to EA, we have an old fashioned hard copy of Burnout 3 Takedown to give away to a lucky contestant on the site…

To be entered, just answer me this simple question – have you purchased any Xbox Original titles [via Xbox Live], and if not, do you plan to?

    Nope, I haven’t purchased any Xbox Originals on XBL and I don’t plan on it either…lol…unless there’s something really good that I want…

    I haven’t purchased any XBL Originals because I already have disk copies of Halo 1 and Psychonauts, and it was cheaper to get used copies than how much they are on Marketplace. But, I would be really tempted to buy Psychonauts on XBL if achievements were included.

    haven’t bought and prob would only buy riddick! But now with no more BC updates, rumored, to be coming out and xbox1 games only being available though originals, MS is going to need to drop the price to get me to buy!

    No, I have not purchased any Xbox Original titles yet. At 1200 they seem a bit pricey for me.

    I have not. Most of the games they are offering, I can get the real disc for cheaper used in town.

    I have not bought any of the xbox originals titles because some of those titles for 15 dollars is a little to expensive. The only one I might consider is Psychonauts because I have heard great things about it.

    I would be more tempted to buy the originals if they had added features (like halo ce online multiplayer) but as it is now not worht it to buy them.

    I have not purchased any Xbox Original titles yet. 1200 MS points is too much. Another reason is the DRM issue. Since my launch 360 got the RROD I can no longer play many of my previously purchased XBLA games or premium DLC. And with Live not letting me sign into Live from the dashboard in the past few days, I can’t play any of my XBLA due to the way MS handles their DRM.

    So no I don’t plan to buy and original Xbox games from Live untill Live changes the way the handle DRM.

    You know, if the price was 800 points inside of 1200, I’d probably buy one. So I haven’t yet, but I will if the price changes.

    I bought Halo for 1200 points. No online multiplayer and no achievements were no big deal to me since I only have a silver gamertag right now :)

    I would like to Burnout as another original xbox game on my hard drive.
