Talisman Canceled?

I hate reporting bad news, but beggars can’t be choosers can they? It looks like another game is never going to see the light of day. The victim? Talisman – the board-game-gone-XBLA by Capcom. A shame really, since the game seemed to have a good following, and was also going to be the first title developed by the brand new company Big Rooster.

After hearing the rumor, I went straight to the source – Capcom, to see what they had to say…

“[It] looks like that product is no longer happening.”

What do you mean, will we ever see this game?

“The product is being put on hiatus while the project is being reviewed internally at Capcom”

So there ya have it. Hopefully something changes, but for the time being, Talisman ain’t coming.
