So, I ask the question, what is TOW? Have any idea? I wish I knew, but it looks like this is going to be a jigsaw puzzle, that somewhat reveals itself over time… or maybe we can uncover this first, right here on 360Sync…
What we already know:
1. This is going to be a racing game of some sort
2. This is an Xbox Live Arcade title
Here are the hints that we spotted:
1. The game is being made by Load Inc. The same people that made Mad Tracks for the Xbox Live Arcade
2. TOW is listed under “Games” on www.LoadInc.com
3. Straight from the web site “Founded in 2003, LOAD Inc. is a game development studio specialized in racing and multiplayer/network games on consoles and PC.”
4. Continued “They participated in projects that sold millions of copies (POD, Monaco and F1 Grand Prix Series, MadTracks”
5. This first avatar picture [which was first spotted on XBLArcade.com] 
Anyone have any ideas? Hopefully someone from LoadInc will be able to give us some more hints
