Are you a student? Do you want or need various software from Microsoft? Does it include things like Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 or 2008, Microsoft SQL Server 2005, Microsoft Windows Server 2003 or XNA Game Studio 2.0? Well, then you need to check out Microsot DreamSpark. Just this past week while at Stanford University, Bill Gates announced DreamSpark, a software service that allows verified students to download free (yes, FREE) software legally. All you really have to do is sign-in with your Windows Live ID, verify yourself as a student, and voilà: you have a whole host of software from Microsoft to download! Go check out DreamSpark now! For more information check out the links below. Enjoy!

I tried it out – if your school isn’t listed then you have to give up some personal information, but after a few hours you get an email with your link.
If you want free copy of Windows Server 2003, or a free 1 year XNA creators club subscription – this is a great deal.
