Bam! We wanted to unleash the force with achievements tonight, but instead got the upcoming movie based video game from Activision, none other then Kung Fu Panda!

In the Kung Fu Panda video game, players embark on an epic, action-packed adventure as they master the specialized Kung Fu fighting styles of Po the Panda. With 13 levels straight from the movie and beyond, and spanning land, water and air, players must work their way to become the Dragon Warrior and defeat the ultimate enemy, Tai Lung. The game offers a variety of foes, in which you will need to overcome dangerous obstacles, navigate multi-tiered environments and solve challenging puzzles. Featuring a deep variety of gameplay, unique co-op and competitive multiplayer modes, collectibles, and a host of character upgrades, the Kung Fu Panda video game provides an experience gamers of all ages will enjoy.

The achievements actually have a substantial amount of secret achievements, but here is what we do know. The game will offer 39 achievements for 1000 points. Beating 1 of the 13 levels will unlock you 20 points, Also using hit chains, and unlocking items will get you the remainder of the known achievements. Hit the jump for the full list!

I’m actually excited for this game. I really liked Activision’s take on Bee Movie, and from the trailers I’ve seen, this one looks equally fun.

June can’t come fast enough! (at least that’s the ETA according to GameStop)

The Bee Movie is one of the rare games that actually complement the film by adding depth to the world. Gamers aren’t left to wonder which contraption does what in those few scenes of Honex; they get to play with them as fun minigames. However, I’m worried that Kung-fu Panda will be more like Shrek the Third, a monotonous, button-mashing game with achievements that will be hard to beat.
