We were pointed to this video of a Halo 3 betrayal by two readers. We found it quite hilarious and so we decided to post it. As you can see, it has been embedded above for your viewing pleasure. Remember, in Halo 3, pigs can fly.

    This looks like a Rube Goldberg device (albeit a small one) that happened completely by accident.

    And without Halo 3 saved films, you could talk about this as much as you want, but no one would really believe you. Now they can…

    Absolutely. I often find myself wishing that other games would have this same feature.

    I’ve had countless times in others games where I say to myself, “I am so saving this game clip!” only to be crushed moments later when I realize that it only exists in Halo.

    Oh well, I guess people will just have to *try* to believe me when I say that I really did score a goal in NHL 08 by bouncing it off two players heads… I swear it happened.

    @Atomicow Frankly, this is one of the main reasons why I would choose Halo 3 over any game, including COD4 for my 2007 GOTY. COD4 may play amazing, and be an awesome game, but what Bungie has done with web integration, the saved films, fileshare and everything else, is nothing short of astonishing. And not to mention that the game itself is amazing too.

    @DjDATZ – I don’t even consider CoD4 a contender. It was all between Halo 3 and Mass Effect in my eyes…

    Even after like 9 playthroughs, parts of Mass Effect still send chills down my spine…

    @atomicow yea…I just put COD4 in there just because everyone’s so into it now…mostly just for comparison terms. but yea. Halo 3 or Mass Effect would be my 2007 GOTYs. Halo 3 first, Mass Effect 2nd.
