The Easter egg hunt in GTA IV has begun, and already one of the strangest, yet greatest Easter eggs has already been found. Inside the Statue of Happiness there is a chained up, beating heart. Slightly disgusting, but awesome none the less. If you just want to see it, forward to the end of the video. Have you guys found this already, or find any other interesting Easter eggs?
