By Rumor on the street is that the cover boy for NBA Live 09 has already been chosen, yet no details have been made available to the public yet. Well as basketball fans, we decided to investigate to who we think will be making the cover this year.
EA has a trend of choosing an all star caliber player where awards usually have no bearing, which pretty
much means anyone has a chance to make the cover if they have a successful season. Lets take a look at the past covers of NBA Live…
Some names that come to mind are Dwayne Wade, Tracey McGrady, Carmello Anthony, and most recently Gilbert Arenas. So when we had to think who would qualify for this years cover, we thought Chris Paul (New Orleans Hornets). However, other names of interest include Joe Johnson (Atlanta Hawks), Andre Iguodala (Philadelphia 76ers), Deron Williams (Utah Jazz), and rookie of the year Kevin Durant (Seattle Supersonics).
