Basically, take Marion into the Lego World Bonus Level where you have to collect 1,000,000 studs. Then, go inside the room along the back wall. If I remember right, there's four glass panes in there. Use her scream to break all four. Then quit the level, start it up again, and keep doing it until you get to 50. Good luck! This one's kind of tedious.
