By Konami has announced that they are throwing their hat into the full band rhythm games with Rock Revolution. At first, you may want to say, rip-off, or things of that nature, but they were the ones to start the genre with games like Drum Mania and such in Japan. Even so, that does not mean that this game will be better, but it does have a good chance of being a good game. I don’t really like the way it looks on the trailer, but it is early to make a call on that sort of thing.
One problem, however, is how many plastic drum kits do we really want in our house? I do not need more than one, and it seems Rock Revolution (as well as GH4) are having their own proprietary drum kits, which really lowers a chance of my purchase. What do you guys think? Interested at all? Interested, but don’t need new equipment, or another band game in general?
