In the 20th installment of EA’s Madden NFL Football, EA is promising over 85 new features and enhancements over Madden ‘08. Two of these features has EA Sports really pumped about this years release of Madden ‘09. “BackTrack” is a new feature that will most definitely be praised by gamers as it will find mistakes you made from your plays and show you what you should do next time. Hardcore sports fans will be happy to know that there is an advanced version of this that will give more information including play calls and success rates.

Another one of the games new features is the Virtual Training Center, a new tutorial mode set in a holographic environment. This is great for casual gamers that can use a few pointers when it comes to football strategy and concepts. The games difficulty settings will be set based on the players strengths and weaknesses after completing the tutorial.

You can also expect the game to include the detail and quality of previous madden games when it hits store shelves on August 12.
