As some people may or may not know, there is a track pack by The Who planned to hit Rock Band on July 15th. Harmonix was going to reveal the list tomorrow, but, The Who have beat them to it! The Who built this list for Harmonix and revealed today what those 12 songs are going to be.
Here they are:
- “Amazing Journey”
- “Baba O’Riley”
- “Behind Blue Eyes”
- “Eminence Front”
- “Going Mobile”
- “Leaving Here”
- “My Generation” (LIVE)
- “Real Good Looking Boy”
- “Sea & Sand”
- “Summertime Blues” (LIVE)
- “Who Are You”
- “Young Man Blues” (LIVE)
It is important to note that all tracks are original masters. The big surprise here is “Baba O’ Riley”, because Townshend stated one of the master copies of Who’s Next was stolen and he noted that song as well as “Bargain”.
Now, as for myself, this is the greatest thing that has ever happened. I love the Who, I love Rock Band, and I love Harmonix.
The pack will be available July 15th for $20, or $1.99 per track.
