We would like to welcome our readers to the 360sync live blog of the Microsoft Press Briefing.  While none of our staff is at the event DaKing and I will be bringing you the latest news right to this post.  The newest information will be at the top of the post.

2:53 -3 major titles - Infinite Discovery, Star Ocean and the The Last Remnant. First comes out September 2nd - Infinite Discovery, Star Ocean coming Spring 2009 (and something on Xbox Live today), and The Last Remnant will be out this holiday season.

2:52 - Yoicha Wada from SquareEnix takes the stage.

2:51 - Motorhead, Megadeth, Modest Mouse, Beck, Talking Heads and more also in the mix. Total of over 100 tracks in Rock Band 2. All Rock Band DLC will work with RB2. Exporting original Rock Band tracks also for use in RB2.

2:49 - Rock Band 2 set list revealed. 84 tracks. Guns N Roses - Shacklers Revenge (first track from Chinese Democracy), Bob Dylan and AC/DC among artists.

2:48 - Shane Kim back on stage. Alex Rigopolous now on stage. CEO from Harmonix.

2:47 - Performance still going. Lips could be a great party game. Especially for those that aren’t that great with the instrument games or just for a change of pace.

2:45 - Duffy singing Mercy with the Lips video of it in the background.

2:44 - Official. Lets you sing from your own collection from iPod or Zune.  Light-up and motion sensitive microphones.  Coming this Holiday.

2:42 - Lips can pull music from the Zune. (according to the video, no real details yet)

2:42 - Lips becomes official. Video being shown.

2:40 - World Tour featuring R.E.M. Track pack exclusive to Xbox 360. Van Halen and The Eagles also exclusive to Guitar Hero. New Metallica Album available as DLC on the same day the album hits store shelves.  GH3 will get it first.

2:40 - Wireless drums with symbols and the touch-slide guitar, Battle of the Bands mode and music studio being shown.

2:38 - Kai Huang, President of Red Octane, here to talk about Guitar Hero: World Tour.

2:37 - You’re In The Movies will be available this Holiday and come with a Vision Camera.

2:34 - Dancing game where you have to pose and match your hands to positions on the screen.  All of this is part of You’re In The Movies.  All the games and videos are edited into a short movie.

2:33 - After the clown running game he has to swat wasps. Finnally using the Vision Cam for more than TotemBall.

2:32 - You’re In The Movies. Improv and actions that are edited into short movies and mini-games.

2:30 - DLC is finally coming to Scene It with the new title. Avatars will be in the game.

2:30 - Scene It: Box Office Smash. More Big Button Controller action!

2:29 - Both Rare titles will be available this Holiday. Original Banjo-Kazooie coming to XBLA as well.

2:27 - More Rare goodness. This time its Viva Pinata: Trouble In Paradise.  New enviroments and now over 100 pinatas.

2:25 - Exclusive GTAIV episode coming out this year. By the end of 2008 there will be over 1000 titles available on the 360.

2:24 - Shane Kim is now out on stage.

2:22 - Netflix partnership will bring over 10,000 items to the console. No additional cost for current subscribers. Netflix movies will be viewable by all people in the LIVE Party!  Thats incredible.

2:22 - Community Games video. Coming thie fall with the new Xbox Experience.

2:21 - South Park arcade game coming out on XBLA next year.

2:21 - Gladys announces Portal: Still Alive coming to Xbox LIVE Arcade. Brand new levels and Achievements.

2:20 - Galaga Legions is the first true sequel to the the original title. Same team that brought us Pac-Man World Championship Edition. Will also be out next month.

2:19 - Geometry Wars 2 coming next month to Xbox LIVE Arcade with 4-player co-op!

2:18 - Games channel showing off UNO Rush. Switch from channels and expeiences without losing people from the party.

2:17 - New Xbox Experience is coming this fall.

2:16 - 1 vs. 100 demo.  Pretty cool honestly.  Chances to win real prizes!

2:15 - Party allows streaming of photos. Xbox LIVE Primetime is a game show channel. Play those games with your friends.

2:13 - Community channel shows friends list as Avatars. LIVE Party brings up to 8 friends together to chat or play games!

2:04 - Mattrick declares Xbox will sell more consoles worldwide than PS3 this generation.

2:04 - 10.3 million units in US. 5 million above PS3. $27billion in sales in last 12 months.

2:03 - $48 billion to be spent on worldwide game sales this year!

2:02 - Don Mattrick is back on stage.

1:56 - Locust enemy becomes meat shield.  Gonna love that feature. Looks like the same gameply we’ve all come to know and love.

1:55 - Campaign demo. Showing a sink hole level. Cliff is holding a red controller. Maybe something special thats on the way!

1:54 - Marcus dragging a Locust through a cave before using him as a meat shield.  Cliff hits the stage.

1:53 - Gears of War 2 video.  Surely Cliff is coming next.

1:53 - Fable 2 coming to stores October 2008.

1:51 - Ambient orbs around the single-player world. Immediate co-op with friends.

1:50 - Peter’s character is on screen. LIVE co-op demo.

1:49 - Great video showing the Fable 2 world in Winter. Graphics look amazing as expected.

1:47 - Fable 2 time! Peter Molyneux takes the stage and says the title is done!

1:47 - Resident Evil 5 releases worldwide Friday 13th, March 2009!

1:45 - We see a chainsaw on the demo, and the demo ends.

1:42 - The demo switches to co-op mode, featuring the characters of Chris and Sheva. We see a character staying back and sniping, while the other character attracts enemies.

1:41 - Resident Evil 5’s producer comes out on stage, and speaks Japanese, translator explains that we get a demo on stage for the game. First time the series will appear on a Microsoft system.

1:40 - Xbox 360 will be getting exclusive DLC for Fallout 3, and lots of it.

1:39 - You can be a good person, a bad person, the decision is up to you. We see a mini nuke in the demo, which ends the demo, and its comes out this Fall.

1:36 - Our opinion - seems a little like Bioshock in a post apocalyptic world

1:35 - Fallout 3 trailer will be on Xbox Live today, now switches to Fallout 3 demo on stage. Takes place in 2277 in Washington DC, and can play in either 1st or 3rd person.

1:34 - “Prepare for the future with Vault-Tec,” switches to destroyed world, we see 1 person standing with a gun as color comes into play
