We are always looking around the community for charity events, and wanted to give a shout out for the latest endeavor – Power of 360. Check out the details below!

Lionhead, Rare, and NinjaBee donate to help fight Breast Cancer

Here’s your chance to become a hero and help save a life. We are only asking for a single donation of $6.12 per gamertag. This will get you on the Heroes list and a chance at 12 different prize packs which includes items from Lionhead Studios, Rare, and NinjaBee to name a few. We are looking for the first 360 Xbox Live members willing to help with this cause.

Lionhead has donated a signed concept artist print of the Hero & Dog by Artist Mike McCarthy & Peter Molyneux . TXPaladin has personally purchased a copy of Fable: The Lost Chapters & Limited Edition Fable 2 to go along with the signed poster as the Ultimate Hero Prize Pack.

Rare has donated signed by Team Members cover art for Kameo and Perfect Dark Zero. They have also donated a very special set of Vision Pack cards that were made for the developers team for Viva Pinata: Trouble In Paradise.

NinjaBee has donated a prize pack that includes codes for the XBL Arcade games of Band of Bugs, Outpost Kaloki X, and Cloning Clyde. They are also donating a Cloning Clyde Tee-shirt for this NinjaBee Prize Pack.

All donations go direct to the Susan G Komen foundation and help Edith Owens in raising money and awareness for the Breast Cancer 3-Day Walk, a 60 mile walk being held in November 7-9 here in Dallas/Fort Worth Texas.

Edith has been totally amazed with the showing of support from Gamers, Communities, and Companies for the Xbox 360, all willing to back her in this cause to help raise money. Thank you all and please help spread the word if you can to your friends about the Power of 360.

So far 68 of the 360 Hero donors have helped raise over $1025 in donations and our goal is to get to $2,200 by the launch of Fable II (October 21st). The donation of $6.12 is a small sacrafice to make for this cause, about what you might spend for lunch. Will you be a Hero next?
