By You may have already heard about it, but there’s an awesome 2d flash game based on Mirrors Edge that’s currently playable online, at this stage it’s just a one level beta, but it lays the groundwork in terms of raw gameplay.
The full game (that may include enemies as well) is due out in the next 1-2 weeks (according to the developer) and is planned to include leaderboards as well as significantly more levels!
It’s officially sanctioned by EA so don’t expect it to disappear under a flurry of cease and desist orders, go give it a try and let us know in the comments what you think.
While there’s no plans outside of the web-based flash games (at least nothing officially), I would love for it to come out as an Xbox Live Arcade game, it could even use the Mirrors Edge console controls.
