Hot off the blog reels of PS3 Fanboy (gasp!) we learn that Assassin’s Creed 2 is scheduled by Ubisoft to hit store shelves before the end of March 2010!  A continuation of Altair’s story, this will be a sequel of the original that sliced open our 360’s in November 2007.  How do we know this? Well, PS3F got this from Joystiq who actually read through Ubisoft’s 3rd quarter of 2008 earnings report (PDF).  In it, it vaguely states that the team is aiming to have Assassin’s Creed 2 ready for battle before March 2010.  Will AC2 follow the same pattern as it’s previous installment and show up in November later this year? Well, only time will tell. Anyone else as excited for this as we are?
