Worms fans will be happy to know that a sequel  is in development for the XBLA. Team 17 was quick to point out that Worms is still in the top 5 games on the XBLA,  which is pretty impressive for a game that was released over 2 years ago. The new game, Worms 2: Armageddon,  is a massively expanded edition that draws upon the cult ‘Worms Armageddon’ released a decade ago.

It will be combining classic weapons and features from ‘Worms Open Warfare 2′ title released in 2007. No other features have been released just yet, but we were able to get a few screens, which are embedded above.
