Another Sneak Peek, Brütal Legend Achievements

Alright metalheads – bust out your axe, turn it up to 11, and get ready to shred!  We’ve got out hands on the achievement list for the much anticipated Rocktober release Brütal Legend. From the look of things, you’ll need to scour every peak and valley if you want to earn this game’s full 1000 GS.  Brütal Legend features 50 achievements, the majority of which are achievable in single player.

Jack Black and Company will be awarding GS for standard actions such as completing levels, purchasing upgrades, and finishing the game.  However, there are also some pretty interesting achievements like Virtuoso for “learning all the guitar solos, and Sellout for “spending 250,000 fans”.  Lastly, there seems to be a fair number of “perform ‘x’ action ‘x’ number of times” achievements; we’ll have to wait to get our hands on the game to know if those are fun, or just plain arduous.
