Donate Some, Win Some!

It seems that our friends at GeneralGames.ca are on a roll this holiday season with giveaways tied to Child’s Play Charity. First off, this year they organized an Xbox Canada Community Birthday Party to celebrate the Xbox 360′s 4th birthday and to bring together the Toronto-based Xbox Community.  It turned out to be quite the success, with all of us having a blast and managing to raise a solid $350 for Child’s Play even though the event was fairly small for its first iteration.

Now on a roll, GeneralGames is giving away 3 Xbox Live Arcade packs and a bunch of other XBLA games to add to the mix.  The XBLA pack consists of:

• South Park Let’s Go Tower Defense Play
• MLB Stickball
• The Maw
• Sam & Max: Beyond Time and Space
• Wallace & Gromit: The Last Resort
• Wallace & Gromit: Muzzled!
• Wallace & Gromit: The Bogey Man

All they’re asking for is a minimum donation of $5, and for each $5 after that, you’ll have an extra chance to win. Think of it more as a digital charity raffle than anything else.  Then, right before Christmas, on the 24th of December, they’ll be drawing the winners of the prizes.
