Go to Hell to Get Dante’s Inferno’s Achievements

The Dante’s Inferno achievements were recently uncovered, and luckily, most of them look pretty attainable.  The way we figure, if you’re going to be dragged all the way down to the deepest depths of Hell, the least they could do is hook you up with some Gamerscore for your troubles.  It can’t be easy lugging around an 8-foot scythe and fending off hordes of the undead, right?  That’s not exactly Saturday morning yard work.

Dante’s Inferno will feature 42 achievements for the usual 1000 Gamerscore.  A decent chunk of them seem to be story-related and “do something ‘X’ number of times”.  There are a few that stick out to us, such as Poetry in Motion which is awarded for achieving a 666 hit combo.  Also, there’s Bad Nanny which is awarded for killing 20 unbaptized babies.  That one just seems kind of wrong.
