By Last month, EA Sports teased that a new game was being developed, but failed to describe what game, and for what system they were referring to. Turns out that EA Sports wanted to instead bring a basketball title back from the dead.
Today EA Sports made the announcement, that EA Sports NBA Jam was being developed.. for the Nintendo Wii. Sadly, it looks like this is a Wii exclusive, at least for now. Which means no “Boom-Shakalaka” for the time being.
We’ll be sure to try to find out why they skipped the Arcade route, and to see if they have future goals with the title with regards to Xbox Live Arcade.
Would you buy the Wii version, or would you rather see a Xbox Live Arcade offering instead?
