By 2K Sports has shared a new video for MLB 2K10, and instead of featuring the cover athlete, Rays third baseman Evan Longoria, it features AL West rivals Felix Hernandez and Kendry Morales. Maybe their selection had something to do with the fact that King Felix just signed a fat $80 million contract. Regardless, there are a few things we can take from the trailer.
First off, Hernandez has some wicked off-speed pitches. No one’s going to touch him. That’s why you have to look fastball at all times. When you see one, go the opposite way with it, and it should be a tape-measure shot every time. At least, that’s what I think the trailer’s suggesting.
Or maybe you should just watch the trailer and wait until March 2nd, if baseball games are your thing.
