By Update 1: Everything should be fixed and working now
It seems as though Xbox Live is having some new issues today. We have gotten word that Xbox Live users may have trouble creating, recovering, and managing accounts on LIVE. Also, you may have trouble signing in to xbox.com and Games 4 Windows.
If you experience any of these problems, please make sure to let us know. We’ll update the post as soon as the problems are fixed.
Additionally, you can check Xbox.com to see the status of Xbox Live.
