If you’re the type of person that can say “cockpit” without giggling and “check your six” without a hint of irony, then you may be tickled pink to know that the Ace Combat: Assault Horizon demo is making its way to the Xbox LIVE Marketplace on September 13.
The demo promises to feature two invigorating levels from the singleplayer campaign. The first mission puts you in the seat of a fighter jet as you engage in a deadly dogfight over the Miami skyline. It may be a bit presumptuous of us to predict that it’ll be “deadly”, but we just don’t foresee this one getting hashed out over a coffee date. The second mission of the demo takes place in a helicopter during a Delta Force rescue operation.
While the demo will be available on September 13, those that like what they see will have to wait until October 11 to pick up the full version.
