Way back in 2010, High Noon Studios released the phenomenal Transformers: War for Cybertron. The game was critically adored, and for good reason. After the sour taste that the movie tie-in games left in Transformers fans mouth, it was refreshing to have a well produced and actual fun game featuring our favorite transforming robots.
Flash forward to today, and High Noon has released it’s first gameplay trailer for the sequel, Fall of Cybertron. The game continues the war for the dying homeworld of the Transformers, and players will be able to take on the role of both sides to see how the story that the 80s cartoon began. High Noon is pulling out all the stops here, adding a ton of fan favorite Transformers, including the Combaticons (and their super form Bruticus), Grimlock, and the Insecticons. Additionally, High Noon are saying that the create a character mode for their fantastic multiplayer has been completely revamped, and allows players to make a completely unique Transformer to use when they take the fight for Cybertron online.
Transformers: Fall of Cybertron should hit stores later this year.
